Moussaka Originated from Aphrodite's homeland of Cyprus: Potatoes and Aubergines, mince, spices and cheese sauce served with Greek salad.
Kebab Meat pieces (pork or lamb) cooked on skewer with onions, mushrooms Peppers, spiced with garlic and herbs and marinated with red wine, served on Mediterranean fried rice and Greek salad.

Kleftiko - The famous thieves' dinner originated from the highlands of Greece Over 200 years ago - Lamb baked in the oven with tomatoes, onions, wine garlic, herbs and fetta cheese served with Mediterranean rice. Aphelia Pork Marinated in wine and spices.
Stifado Chicken marinated in wine vinegar and spices.
Stuffed Vine leaves or Green leaves with mince, rice and spices. Aubergine Stuffed with tomato sauce, cheese and Aphrodesian sauce (vegetarian).
