- Chardonnay, from selected parcels of our Domaine. It stays for few months in new oak barriques.
- Bright, golden blonde.
- Attractive synthesis of fruits where we distinguish mango, pineapple and orange, while in the backdrop we find notes of vanilla, toasted bread and spices.
- A classy touch, richness, good structure and nerve in an excellent balance. Long aftertaste with touches of orange.
- Very pleasing now or in the next 3-4 years.
- Cool (12 -14°C).
- Fish in white sauces, poultry grilled or in sauces, risotto with truffles, soft encrusted cheese.
