- Red fruit of the forest, tobacco, pepper, toasted and vanilla.
- Thick, with well structured tannis, plenty of fruit and long aftertaste.
- A wine meant to be aged, at least up to 2007.
- Room temperature ( 18°C ).
- Red meats grilled and strong cheese but without sour or salt tastes.
