  • Cabernet Sauvignon.
  • Extra bright, dark ruby.
  • Multilevel aromatic expression. Sweet red fruits, fig, vanilla, cassis, in a background of herbs.
  • Soft at first contact, full body, with well integrated tanins. Long finish.
  • Ready to be consumed, it will continue to mature up to 2007.
  • Room temperature (18°C).
  • Red meats broiled or stewed, soft ripe encrusted cheeses or parmesan type cheeses.
