- Bright, deep red purple.
- Complex aromatic reminiscent of red forest fruit, spices, vanilla and coffee.
- Youthful power and liveliness. Thick with good quality tannins and long aftertaste.
- Pleasant now, it will continue to mature at least up to 2010.
- Room temperature ( 18°C ).
- Try it will broiled or stewed red meats, game and hard cheese.
