THRAKIS MALVASIA
				Location Tsantali privately owned vineyard at Maronia, thrace (2ha). Varietal composition 100% Malvasia aromatica. Vitivultural techniques 1st trial vinification in 199, in new American oak barrels (brulage forte) followed by "maceration sur lies" for 4 months. Bottling in January without filtration and cold stablilzation.
