The vineyards are located in central Macedonia near the villages of Agios Pavlos, Halkidiki and Nea Messimvria.

Vinification techniques
Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, at carefully controlled temperature. A light pressing system is used, leaving the grapes in contact with the must for a few hours (absence of air) that must with the true varietal character of the grapes.

Character
A crystal-clear white wine, with balanced acidity and a refreshing aftertaste.
Serving suggestions
Excellent with fried cod in garlic sauce, a favourite with all-Greek appetisers and fruits. Best served at 10-12 °C.
