The vineyards are located in central Macedonia near the villages of Agios Pavlos, Halkidiki and Nea Messimvria.

75% Rodits and 25% Zoumiatis

200 ha. planted under Rodits (10 yr old vines) and 40ha. under Zoumiatis (10yr old vines)

Vitivultural techniques
An integrated farming system is applied. Vineyards in "double Roayat" (3,000 plants/ha). The plants need to rely on natural precipitation rather than irrigation. The soil is enriched with leftovers from the fermentation.
Harvest
Beginning to middle of August, Manual harvesting.
Vinification techniques
The vinification (80% of the total quantity) is made in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with cooling jackets where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at low and constant temperature to preserve the aroma. The rest 20% is fermented in small oak casks where the wine matures on the lees for three months. A light pressing system is used.

Character
Luminous yellow with rigorbus fruit aromas, well-balanced, with a refreshing aftertaste.
Serving suggestions A delicious wine especially with hors d'oeuves, oysters, poultry, light cheese and fruits. Best served at 10-12°C.
