Distillation technique The grapes (after desteming and crashing) are fermented in small tanks at low temperature (25°). Immediately after fermentation, distillation is carried out in small copper stills. A spirit crystal-clear in colour when is young, realising light fruity aromas. It can be enjoyed either as a digestive or as an after dinner drink.
