Vinification techniques Classical vinification for red wine. Fermentation is being stopped with addition of wine-alcohol to the fermented must.

Character Dark red in colour, with a hint of brick red. Spicy, reminding of dried plum and vanilla. Sweet, full-bodied, well structured, with alluring finish.
Serving suggestions As an aperitif at room temperature, as a digestive straight. Best served at: 10°C as an aperitif or 15°C as a digestive.
