The vineyards are located in central Macedonia near the villages of Agios Pavlos, Halkidiki and Nea Messimvria.

200 ha. planted under Rodits (10 yr old vines) and 40ha. under Zoumiatis (10yr old vines)

Harvest
End of September. Manual harvesting, grapes are placed in small individual picking boxes to reach the winery intact.
Vinification techniques
The vinification is the classical vinification for red wines, with a short period of skin contact, in order for the wine to acquire smooth tannis.

Character
A wine chery-red in appearance, with ripe raspberry-jam and cassis-like aromas, lightly tannic with soft astrugency.
Serving suggestions
A versatile drinking wine especially with pasta with meat-base sauces, pizzas with salami and pepperoni, hamburgers, barbecue and yellow cheese. Best served at 15-17 °C.
