Cava Camba White The term “Cava” describes white & red Greek table wines that mature in barrel and bottle for two and three years respectively. Cava Cambas was among the first white Cava wines ever to appear in the Greek market back in 1924.

AGING: Minimum of two years in oak barrels and bottle. CHARACTERISTICS: Bright golden - yellow colour, unique nose with aromas of apricot and peach and a rich round taste.
FOOD PAIRING: Best served at 8 - 10 o C as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to traditional Greek dishes.
