APPELLATION OF ORIGN SANTORINI
OF HIGH QUALITY

The Selladia Estate covers a total area of 15 acres, with an altitude of up to 140 meters. Located on the warm south side of the island, the vineyard was planted with Santorini s three most popular varieties: Assyrtiko, Aidani and Athiri. A small portion of the vineyard has been cultivated experimentally with other varieties as well.

TYPE: White dry.
CHARACTERISTICS: Pleasant and fruity, with an aromatic dominance of banana, peach and citrus fruits. Exceptionally well-balanced. Lingering aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING: Lobster and white meat.
