Boutari Merlot is the result of Boutari's experimentation with acclimatizing well-known foreign varieities to the Greek vineyard.
REGION: The Community of Fytia, Naoussa.
VARIETY: Selected Merlot grapes.
TYPE: Red, dry.
CHARACTERISTICS: Deep red in colour with an aroma reminiscent of fruits-of-the-forest and nuts. Well-balanced, with an oily body and a superb afteraste.
FOOD PAIRING: Savoury red meat dishes and yellow cheeses.
