TYPE: White, dry.
CHARACTERISTICS: Light-coloured with greenish highlights. A floral, honeyed, lemony aroma. Distinguished by its particularly delicate taste.
FOOD PAIRING: Fabulous with shrimp and lobster, as well as fatty fish and soft cheeses.
