Paros Boutari is one of the best-known Paros Appellation of Origin of High Quality wines in Greece. Though a red wine, it comes mainly from a white variety - the Monemvasia.

VARIETY: Red Mantilaria and white Monemvasia (ratio 1: 2).
TYPE: Red, dry.
AGING: Aged around one year in oak barrels.
CHARACTERISTICS: A bright red color, reminiscent of cherries. A delicate aroma of flowers and red fruit. A rich, balanced taste that preserves the characteristic tannins of the red Mantilaria.
FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with lamb and other kinds of meat.
