Boutari Nouveau was the first Greek 'nouveau' to appear in the Greek market. A distinct red wine that must be consumed within the first few months of its release. Its distinctiveness is also base on the artistic nature of its label, which is designed by a different artist every year.
REGION: The Peloponnese.
VARIETY: Agiorgitiko, with maceration carbonique vinification.

TYPE: Red, dry.
CHARACTERISTICS: Bright red colour, fruity aroma and smooth taste with intense freshness.
FOOD PAIRING: Light meals (pasta dishes with light sauces, cold cuts and ripe fruit).
